2. Service description

Sim2Real is a software platform designed to help robotics teams analyze real-world deployment outcomes, identify simulation-to-reality mismatches, and improve simulation-driven training workflows.

3. Eligibility and accounts

You must have authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of yourself or your organization. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with platform operations, attempt unauthorized access, reverse engineer protected parts of the service except as allowed by law, or use the service in violation of applicable law or third-party rights.

5. Subscription terms

Some features are offered on a paid subscription basis. By purchasing a paid plan, you agree to the pricing, billing interval, and feature limits associated with your selected plan.

6. Payment and renewal terms

Unless otherwise stated, paid subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle until canceled. Customers may manage subscription changes, cancellations, payment methods, and invoices through the billing portal where enabled.

7. Cancellation terms

Customers can cancel according to plan terms. Access to certain service features may end at the close of the current paid period or according to any separately agreed commercial terms.

The service, software, branding, documentation, and related materials are owned by Developer312 and its licensors, except for customer-provided content.

Each party will protect the other party’s confidential information with reasonable care and use it only as needed to provide, receive, or evaluate the service.

11. Warranty disclaimer

The service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without warranties of any kind to the fullest extent permitted by law.

12. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Developer312 and NIGHT LITE USA LLC will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, data, or business opportunities arising from or related to the service.

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Developer312 and NIGHT LITE USA LLC from claims arising from your misuse of the service, your data, or your violation of these Terms.
