Legible Failure Clusters
Failures are stored under the tag on the event: lighting variance, object tilt, clutter occlusion, physics mismatch, sensor mismatch, or unknown. Any other value is stored as unknown.

Closed Validation Loop
Later events stay in the workspace so the team can compare the next deployment’s reported outcome. The record does not by itself prove the override caused the difference.
