This Privacy Policy explains how Developer312, a subsidiary of NIGHT LITE USA LLC, collects, uses, discloses, and protects information in connection with Sim2Real and related services.

1. Information we collect

• Contact information such as name, work email address, phone number, company name, and job title
• Account information such as login credentials and profile details
• Billing and transaction information related to paid subscriptions
• Usage information such as interaction logs, pages viewed, actions taken, and account activity
• Device and technical information such as IP address, browser type, operating system, and approximate location derived from IP
• Support and communications information such as messages, inquiries, and support requests
• Integration or telemetry data submitted by customers in connection with platform functionality

2. How we use information

• Provide, operate, maintain, and improve the service
• Process transactions and manage subscriptions
• Authenticate users and secure accounts
• Respond to support requests and sales inquiries
• Analyze usage and improve product performance
• Communicate about service updates, billing matters, and account notices
• Comply with legal obligations and enforce our terms

3. Payments and billing providers

We may use third-party payment and billing providers, including Stripe, to process payments, manage subscriptions, and provide billing tools such as invoices, payment method updates, and subscription management.

Signup notifications

If a signup notification integration is configured, limited signup details may be sent to that configured service so our team can receive an operational account-creation notice. This processing is not required for account creation, and accounts continue to be created when the integration is disabled or unavailable.

4. Cookies and analytics

We use cookies and similar technologies for authentication, security, analytics, performance monitoring, and product improvement. The cookies set directly by Sim2Real are:

• sim2real_session — essential. Keeps you signed in to your workspace. HttpOnly; the server-side session it references expires after 12 hours.
• sim2real_csrf — essential. Protects signed-in requests against cross-site request forgery.

Your cookie-banner choice is stored in your browser’s local storage (cookieConsentGiven and cookieConsentPreferences), not in a cookie. If you grant analytics or marketing consent, Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics may set their own cookies (such as the _ga family) under Google’s consent-mode controls; if you choose Essential Only, those consent signals remain denied.

5. How we share information

• Service providers and infrastructure vendors that help us operate the service
• Payment and billing processors
• Analytics and support tools
• Professional advisors or authorities when required by law
• Corporate affiliates, including NIGHT LITE USA LLC, where relevant to operations and administration

Our current subprocessors and third-party services are:

• Railway — cloud hosting and infrastructure for the Sim2Real application and its data
• InsForge — authentication (including OAuth sign-in) and transactional email delivery; processes account and contact details
• Stripe — payment processing, subscription billing, and the customer billing portal
• Cloudflare — content delivery network and traffic proxying in front of the application
• Google (Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager) — usage analytics and tag management, active only under consent-mode controls

6. Data retention

We retain information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain security and business records. Retention periods for pilot telemetry are scoped at intake and documented in the pilot agreement.

7. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

8. Your choices and rights

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict certain personal information, or to object to certain processing.

9. Children’s privacy

The service is not directed to children, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

10. International data transfers

Developer312 is headquartered in the United States and processes personal information in the United States by default. When we transfer personal information from the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, or Switzerland to the United States, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, the UK International Data Transfer Addendum, or other lawful transfer mechanisms recognized in the originating jurisdiction. Sim2Real is currently cloud-hosted. VPC, on-premise, regional, and air-gapped deployments are not standard offerings and are evaluated individually for qualified enterprise engagements; evaluation does not guarantee availability. 11. Policy changes

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will update the last updated date at the top of the page.
