Pricing for pilot teams and production deployments

TL;DR: Sim2Real is a monthly SaaS subscription for robotics teams. The Pilot Optimizer plan is $499/month for up to 3 robots with core failure analytics. The Enterprise Transfer plan starts at $2,500/month for multi-robot fleets with engineering-led scenario design and priority support. All plans are month-to-month, billed via Stripe, and can be canceled at any time.

Choose a plan that fits your fleet size, deployment complexity, and simulation workflow needs.

Pilot Optimizer
$499
per month
Best for small fleets and pilot programs.
  • Up to 3 robots
  • Core failure analytics
  • Simulation parameter recommendations
  • Email support

Who this is for: One team validating a single manipulation or perception workflow across 1–3 robots.

Best first step: Define one task boundary, ingest 1–2 weeks of telemetry events, and review your first failure cluster.

Included: Up to 3 robots, 50,000 telemetry events/month, email support.

Onboarding: One API-mapping kickoff call; first reviewable failure cluster typically 1–2 weeks after telemetry begins.

Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. You can manage billing details, invoices, payment methods, and subscription changes through the customer billing portal.

Design-partner pilot
A no-fee engineering engagement for teams with real deployment evidence. There is no subscription charge during the pilot — the exchange is your team's time and telemetry for hands-on engineering work on your failure data.

What we ask of you:

  • A named engineering contact who owns the pilot on your side
  • Deployment telemetry delivered within the window agreed at kickoff
  • One structured feedback session on the pilot output

What you get: a scoped event boundary, at least one reviewable failure cluster from your own data, and a documented validation plan for the next deployment run.

Design-partner slots are accepted on a capped-cohort basis as a matter of policy: we only run as many concurrent pilots as the engineering team can support directly. If both sides consider a pilot successful, the Pilot Optimizer plan is the intended next step. Prefer a shorter intake? The five-question pilot form covers the essentials.

Frequently asked questions

How do teams usually start with Sim2Real?

Most teams start by requesting a pilot assessment. The engineering team assesses whether your deployment evidence supports a useful pilot before any subscription begins.

Can I change plans at any time?

Yes. Upgrades take effect immediately, and downgrades apply at the next billing cycle. Manage your subscription through the billing portal.

What does “up to 3 robots” mean?

The Pilot Optimizer plan supports simulation and analytics for up to 3 individual robot systems. Additional robots require an Enterprise Transfer plan.

Is there a contract or commitment?

No long-term contracts. All plans are month-to-month subscriptions that you can cancel at any time through the billing portal.

How does billing work?

Subscriptions are billed monthly via Stripe. You receive invoices, can update payment methods, change plans, or cancel through the self-serve billing portal.

What kind of support is included?

Pilot Optimizer includes email support. Enterprise Transfer includes priority support and dedicated onboarding with your team.

Security and procurement

Security, procurement, and deployment scope.

Can we pay annually or start with a PO?

Enterprise Transfer supports annual billing and purchase-order workflows. Pilot Optimizer is month-to-month via Stripe.

How is telemetry and video data handled?

Telemetry events are accepted over HTTPS with API-key authentication. Media references are preferred to raw uploads unless the pilot agreement explicitly defines retention, encryption, and authorized reviewers.

What is the telemetry retention policy?

Retention is scoped during pilot intake and documented in the pilot agreement. Enterprise Transfer engagements can define custom retention requirements during scoping.

Is on-premise or air-gapped deployment available?

Sim2Real is currently cloud-hosted. VPC, on-premise, regional, and air-gapped deployments are not standard offerings and are evaluated individually for qualified enterprise engagements. Evaluation does not guarantee availability.

What security review materials can we share?

We provide a security overview, privacy policy, and data-flow diagram during commercial qualification. SOC 2 or custom questionnaires are handled on request for Enterprise Transfer.
